Residential Treatment

""

Aisling House is a seven bed, staff-operated treatment program for children between the ages of 6 and 12 who require out-of-home assessment and treatment for a variety of psychosocial difficulties. The residential services include: assessment, child and family counselling, behaviour management support, groups and discharge planning. The program offers a multidisciplinary approach to treatment to meet the needs of the individual children and their families. One quick access bed has been designated for child welfare agencies.

The program objective is to enhance child, caregiver and family functioning in order to support successful reintegration of the child into the family home wherever possible. Intensive counselling services are also available following discharge to support the child and family.
