How To Make A Complaint or Suggestion

Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre wants to provide the best possible service to children, families and the community. We also want to be responsive to your needs and concerns.

If there are problems concerning our services, or any other aspect of our agency, we want to work together with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If you have an idea or positive feedback you’d like to share, we’d also like to hear from you.

Complaints, ideas or feedback may be given to us verbally or in writing. Your right to privacy and confidentiality will be respected.

We encourage you to talk to your therapist or contact person at Aisling Discoveries as soon as you believe that there is a problem or if you have anything else to share. If you are not comfortable speaking with your therapist or contact person or your complaint or concern has not been resolved; you may contact the Centre and ask to speak to that person’s supervisor or manager. If the supervisor or manager is not available, ask to speak with another member of the management team.

If we cannot resolve your concern, there are further options that we can discuss and direct you to.  For further information, see our Client and Public Complaint Policy.
